Chief operating officer

Position overview:

  • Headquartered in Trilith, Fayetteville, GA

  • Full time, hybrid in person & remote. M-F weekdays, plus some weeknight and weekend events throughout the year.

  • Three weeks off per year.

  • Onboarding on-the-job. Learn by doing. Taking on leadership asap, with one month onboarding.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • This is a position for an independent learner and self-starter who: can work with little direct guidance; likes to collaborate, experiment, evaluate and continually improve; has a deep respect for all people believing that each human has genius within; and is a flexible problem-solver. It is essential that this person can learn fast, communicate expertly, work hard, and read and write effectively. Additional characteristics of an ideal applicant include:
